Overview

About Global Nomad Itinerary

Working across time zones comes with its own set of headaches — missed calls because you miscalculated the hour difference, arriving at a co-working space without a working SIM, trying to remember what time it is back home. This planner keeps time zone syncs, transit logistics, and connectivity checklists on one page so those problems don’t happen.

The layout centers on a dual timezone column — local time on the left, HQ or home base time on the right — so you can plan your day around both. The logistics section tracks transit schedules, accommodation details, and exchange rates. The connectivity checklist covers VPN configuration, local SIM or eSIM, charging adapters, and backup connectivity. It’s built for the digital nomad who treats travel as a logistics problem to solve, not a vacation to enjoy passively.

Global Nomad Itinerary — FAQ

Questions specific to this product.

How does the dual-timezone column work day to day?
Each row represents a day. The left time column is your current local time — you write what you're doing and when. The right column is your home or HQ time zone, so you always know whether it's a reasonable hour to ping the team back at base. Fill in the local side as you go, and the HQ side keeps you oriented.
What connectivity items does the checklist cover?
VPN config, local SIM or eSIM setup, charging adapter compatibility, backup connectivity plan (e.g., a nearby co-working space with reliable Wi-Fi), and any region-specific network quirks you learned the hard way. Check it before you leave a destination so you never show up without data.
Do I need one page per destination or one page per trip?
One page per trip works for most people. Each trip might have 3-5 days of itinerary across one or two destinations. For longer stays (a month or more in one city), you'll want a fresh page per destination — the transit and connectivity sections reset naturally when you move.
Paper size options?
US Letter and A4 both come with the download. The layout is portrait-oriented and fits well at 100% print on either standard.
Can I hand this to a client who's traveling?
If you're a travel planner or a company sending employees remote, the license covers personal use for you. Sharing the PDF file with others as part of a service or internal toolkit needs written permission. Drop us a note to arrange terms.
Global Nomad Itinerary — reviews

What people are saying.

Curated reviews from real premium customers. Each one is verified against the order record before publication.

  1. Been nomadic for 3 years and this is the first travel planner that actually gets the pain points. The dual timezone column saved me from scheduling a client call at 3 AM local time — done that before, not fun. Connectivity checklist with VPN and eSIM boxes is exactly what I need before every border crossing. Gonna print a stack for my co-working community.
