Why no refunds?
Everything on Winsoftpedia is digital — prompt packs, templates, design assets, guides, software files. Once you have downloaded or accessed a product, it cannot be returned. EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16) explicitly excludes digital content from the 14-day withdrawal right when you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing that right.
What this means for you
When you complete a purchase, you agree to get the files right away. That means you waive the statutory withdrawal right, and the purchase is final. We cannot issue refunds for products that have been downloaded or accessed.
What about faulty products?
If a product does not work as described, has errors, or is missing files you paid for — we will fix it. Email our support team with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will make it right. Corrected file, replacement, or store credit — whatever works.
Chargebacks & disputes
If you think a chargeback or dispute is warranted, please reach out first to our support team. We respond within a business day and will always try to sort things out directly.
