License terms

Simple, transparent usage rules.

We believe in simple terms. This page explains what you can and cannot do with files, templates, and plugins purchased from Winsoftpedia.

Usage rights

What you can do.

Four simple principles guiding the commercial and personal use of our digital assets.

  1. Personal & Commercial projects

You can use all prompts, templates, design assets, and files for your personal projects, your company business, and client deliverables.

  2. No attribution required

You are not required to link back to Winsoftpedia, credit us in your work, or pay any recurring royalty fees for using the products.

  3. No reselling or redistribution

You cannot resell, redistribute, sublicense, share download links, or bundle the source templates/files for others to duplicate directly.

  4. WordPress Plugin licensing

For software like WordPress plugins, the code is licensed under GPL-2.0 or later, complying with the open-source software ecosystem.

Commercial & client projects

Here's the thing — we built these templates, prompts, and frameworks so you can actually use them. Go ahead and accelerate your business with them. Using our resources in client deliverables, marketing layouts, and design workflows? Fully permitted. That's what they're for.

Here are some examples of allowed usage:

  • Using our email templates to run marketing funnels for client campaigns
  • Duplicating our Notion trackers to hand off custom workspace boards to clients
  • Using our design assets in social media graphics, client ads, and digital brochures
  • Installing our WordPress plugins on production client sites

The only boundary is direct distribution — you can't sell or give away the editable Canva link, the duplicate Notion link, or the prompt libraries as stand-alone items. Use them to build stuff, don't just resell the building blocks.

The FAQ

Licensing FAQ.

Clear answers to common questions about using our digital files.

Can I share the prompt libraries or templates with my team?
Sure — a single purchase covers your whole team or organization. What you cannot do is publish the templates publicly or share them with folks outside your immediate team. Think internal use, not public distribution.
Can I sell websites built with your WordPress themes or plugins?
Absolutely. WordPress plugins are GPL-licensed, so you have full freedom to run, modify, and distribute them. Our design themes and templates also work great for commercial client sites — that is what they are built for.
Can I customize the Notion workspaces or social kits?
Of course — every template is designed to be fully customizable. Colors, layouts, database connections, typography — change whatever you need to match your or your client's branding.
What happens if a product gets updated?
When we ship an updated version — say, adding new prompt kits or patching a plugin for compatibility — you get notified and can download the latest files. No charge, no hassle.
