1. License grant
When you buy a Winsoftpedia product — whether that's a prompt pack, Notion template, design asset, guide, or ebook — you get a personal or organizational license to use it in your personal projects, internal business, and client work.
For software assets like WordPress plugins, the underlying code is GPL-2.0 or later licensed, keeping things in line with the open-source ecosystem.
2. Acceptable use & restrictions
Please do customize, edit, and use our products in client or commercial projects — that is what they are for. But you may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, share download links, or bundle the source files (Notion duplicates, Canva edit links, prompt databases) in a way that lets others grab the products directly.
3. Refund policy
All Winsoftpedia products are digital goods. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is final and non-refundable. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), digital content you consent to receive immediately is exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right. The full policy is on our refund page.
That said — if a product does not work as described, email our support team and we will fix it or provide a replacement.
4. Warranty disclaimer
The products are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Practically speaking, we stand behind what we build. If a product does not function as advertised or has errors, we fix it or issue a full refund. Contact our support team.
5. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Winsoftpedia, its owner, or its contributors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the products or the use of the products.
In plain terms: our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for that specific product.
6. Delivery & Updates
All digital products deliver instantly after checkout. You will be redirected to a secure download page and receive an email with permanent download links. Purchases include lifetime access to the files and any updates or improvements we release for that product.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising from these terms or a product purchase will be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
