Overview

About Lean Developer Context Kit

You know that feeling when you ask an AI agent to write a TypeScript module and it gives you a generic function signature instead of something real? This pack is the antidote. It’s a technical prompt library for senior app developers who ship Node.js and TypeScript work with AI agents — and expect every prompt to produce an actual deliverable. A typed module. A CI matrix. A debug walkthrough. A refactor plan. A test file. A config block. A monorepo reasoning strategy. Not a “write a function that does X” placeholder.

Inside, you’ll find ten categories that map directly to what a senior dev does with an AI agent every day: context compression, token budgeting, project scaffolding, multi-file reasoning across a monorepo, code review, agent tool orchestration, error recovery, terminal-native workflows, TypeScript-specific patterns, and test-driven generation. Every prompt calls out a currently-leading 2026 tool, framework, or model by name. If a prompt isn’t useful on a real session, it doesn’t belong here.

Lean Developer Context Kit — FAQ

Questions specific to this product.

Does this pack assume a specific editor or AI tool?
It covers Claude Code 2, Codex CLI, Cursor Composer 1.5, Aider 0.7, Cline 3, Continue.dev 1.0, and any MCP-backed agent. You are not locked into one stack — the prompts work wherever you paste them.
Can I use the prompts for React or frontend work too?
The pack is opinionated about Node.js and TypeScript. React 19, Next.js 15, and Astro 5 are in scope as part of the TS monorepo stack. Pure frontend work outside a TS context (design systems, CSS-only, static HTML) is not the target.
Are outputs from these prompts reusable in client projects?
Yes. Use the generated code, documentation, strategies, and test files in client work, internal monorepos, or open source. The prompts themselves are not resold or used to train a model.
What models are these prompts tested against?
Claude Sonnet 4.5, GPT-5, Gemini 2.5 Pro, DeepSeek V3.2, and Qwen 3 Coder all pass the prompt suite. Each prompt calls out a specific 2026 tool or framework by name — no generic instructions.
How often does the pack get updated?
Prompt packs track major framework and model releases. A new version ships when the next Node LTS lands, TypeScript 6 ships, or a model family becomes relevant enough to warrant new prompts.
Lean Developer Context Kit — reviews

What people are saying.

Curated reviews from real premium customers. Each one is verified against the order record before publication.

  1. The token-budgeting and context-scratchpad prompts alone paid for the pack on day one. I run long Claude Code sessions on a 200-file monorepo daily, and the compress-snapshot-bootstrap chain has become muscle memory. The prompts are specific about the 2026 stack — Node 22, TypeScript 5.7, pnpm 9 — so outputs don't drift. Exactly what I needed.
